Where do you stand with the AI approach?
A few months ago, when I was learning about the world of AI, I met someone who taught me more than any textbook ever could.
Her name is Giselle. She is 79 years old. She has been retired for more than 30 years. And now she is just getting started.
Giselle used to work as a marketer – back in the days when ads appeared in newspapers and strategies weren’t designed using artificial intelligence or algorithms. She has been retired for decades, living a quiet, contented life.
Then, suddenly, she heard something. Artificial intelligence. AI.
It didn’t scare her. She didn’t flinch. She wanted to understand.
She joined the course with a single goal: to learn how this new world works and how she could help others build their businesses with AI.
She sat there every single time, bright-eyed and handwritten notes. She asked sharp questions, challenging entrenched ways of thinking. She didn’t just want to learn AI – she wanted to apply it.
By the end of the course, she had the outline of a business plan: a company that would help other entrepreneurs grow smarter, faster, and more efficiently with AI.
At 79. After 30 years of retirement. Without any prior technological training.
That’s when it really hit me:
Being AI ready – that is, ready for the world of artificial intelligence – is not a matter of age, experience, or education. It’s an attitude.
Giselle didn’t wait for someone to explain it to her. She started and said: Why not me?
AI is not just about tools; it’s about a mindset change. It’s about how you can consciously, boldly, and creatively engage with the world of AI – whatever your background.
So, I’m asking you the same question:
Where do you stand with the AI approach?
