We believe that professional supervision is essential for quality coaching. We offer this opportunity both to practicing coaches and to business leaders who conduct regular coaching sessions.
Supervision is aimed at improving personal, professional and organisational competences and effectiveness, while also preserving mental health and preventing burnout in the workplace. As a structured counselling process, supervision supports the development of the professional personality, triggering self-reflective learning processes.
It is available in both individual and group formats, where participants work with specific workplace cases on issues of power, hierarchy, cooperation, helping attitudes and professional identity.
During supervision, participants gain time, attention, safety, new perspectives, deeper self-awareness and a method for maintaining mental health. The process helps to solve problems, reduce stress and increase harmony between colleagues, which also improves the efficiency of the organisation.
